1. In-Store Purchase Return Instructionsion

Within 30 days after purchase, in-store items may be returned to any of our locations. To guarantee a seamless return procedure, kindly:

  1. Bring the item or items in its original state.
  2. Show the credit card that was used to make the purchase, or the original receipt.

2. Condition of Pallets

Our pallets may include new, shelf-pull, overstock, or customer-returned items. Each pallet is sold as-is, and we do our best to provide clear descriptions, general condition details, and representative images where possible. However, product mix and condition may vary, and we do not guarantee the exact contents or resale value of any pallet.

3. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage caused during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged pallet/product and the packaging

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at [your email/contact info]

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for carrier-related damage

4. Missing or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your shipment is missing a pallet or you receive an incorrect order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue

  • We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
